A blend of Apricot Kernal Oil, Sweet Orange Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Calendula, Lavender, Peppermint and Vitamin E. Excellent for aches, pains and sore muscles.
Hot Stuff is an icy hot oil. I have found it beneficial in alleviating my arthritis pain, healing tendinitis and muscle spasms. It also rejuvenates my tired feet and promotes circulation. Recommended use: Spread small amount and rub into sore area. Follow up with heat. A warm bath is recommended for best results. May also use small amount in a bath to relax minor aches and pains.

With winter coming, you won't want to be without Breathe Deeply. This wonderful oil will help clear clogged nasal passages and bring relief from congestion. It also has a calming nature.
Directions for Use: Heat water to steaming. Remove from heat source. Add 5 or 6 drops of Breathe Deeply. After initial rush of steam, cover head with towel and breathe in steam until you can no longer smell scent. (Caution - do not breathe in until AFTER the first rush of steam, since it is much to powerful for nasal passages).
Excellent to use in a potpourri warmer. For restful sleep put a couple of drops on pj's or on pillow cases or hankies.
